Are you a Runner?
Do you think you think you have a good running technique?
Why not do the Proactive Challenge!
Take your shoes off and head down to local bike path and start running.
If you have to stop after a couple of steps because of pain in your heel…. congratulations you are officially an “over strider” this is true for the vast majority of all joggers. Unless you want to mend your ways you will be in at your physio on and off forever.
Running on bare foot is the best correction technique you can do.
If you can run a couple of kilometers at normal pace…. congratulations you have good running technique!!!
