Needless to say, we are Proactive by name and nature, but when it comes to warm-up stretching, we are so pro active we actually go ballistic!
As you will know from previous blog entries, I am a firm believer that ballistic (or active) strengthening routines are paramount when warming up for dynamic physical activity, i.e. football, hockey, basketball, golf or any land-based sport that demands the body’s muscles undergo quick stretch-shortening cycles.Read more…
